Compass' Bathymetry Services:

We provide hydrography and bathymetry services in lakes, pits, and other waterways. With the capability to collect and map data from both shallow and deep waters, our bathymetry services can provide useful subsurface information for a variety of applications, including mine planning, permitting, and compliance. With our mobile drone technology, we can access areas and features that are otherwise inaccessible by conventional watercraft and survey equipment. Our bathymetry deliverables are packaged with complete datasets, GIS mapping shapefiles and interpolated graphics.

Using new technologies, mapping submerged landscapes is becoming more efficient. Now a single drone pilot can capture hydrographic depth soundings without leaving the shore. Combining the bathymetric depth equipment alongside powerful survey grade GPS systems, the depth readings are accurately tied to precise coordinates in the field.
